2023 - a year of tremendous growth

We entered into 2023 with the signing of Olek "hades" Miskiewicz with the goal of building a new Polish CS-powerhouse. The new line up instantly kicked things off with qualifying to IEM Rio 2023, winning the OMEN WGR Challenge 2023 and qualifying for the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 RMR, all in the first quarter of the year.

The major qualification run ended with a perfect 3-0 score and earned us a direct spot as Legends making the roster the first Polish team in 5 years attending a major. The major was also our very first major as an organization. Throughout the year, we have been qualifying and playing most of the tier 1 competitions available, attending offline tournaments in Cologne, Riyadh and Malta among others.

The success of the team has resulted in a great growth of fan base, merchandise sale and media value created for our sponsors. With the year of 2023 coming to an end, we proudly look back at our achievements and conclude that we:

  • Played our very first major
  • Launched our first line of merchandise and are ending the year with the release of our second line of merchandise.
  • Rebuild our entire webshop to meet the high demand from fans.
  • Signed and re-signed a number of sponsorship agreements.

      Our numbers this year:

      • An increase in viewership by 3,000%.*

Lastly, 2023 ended with ENCE acquiring our core of hades, Goofy and Kylar. Coming into 2024 we’re bringing back Mynio from the bench and are rebuilding the team with him and KEi.

From all of us at 9INE, thank you to all the fans, sponsors and competitors for making this year a hell of a year.
